TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Services

Ripple Remodeling provides remodeling and home improvement services including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions, basement finishing, custom cabinetry, and HVAC services. All services are subject to on-site evaluation and written estimates.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Ripple Remodeling are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed. Prices are based on the scope of work observed during the on-site evaluation. Additional work discovered during the project may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Ripple Remodeling permission to access your property with the necessary equipment to complete the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstructions before work begins.

5. Liability

Ripple Remodeling is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, irrigation systems, or other underground features that were not disclosed prior to work.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule scheduled work, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee.
